We eat at Arby's a lot, but not usually this one, but we did this time. The size of the chicken they put on our sandwiches... was laughable. It was maybe 1" long by 1/3"... about a third of a chicken nugget, it appeared they'd cut one into multiplepieces. We ordered 3 large curly fries, and when asked for Arby's sauce, she could only give us 2, I was unaware there was anArby's sauce shortage in the world, but guess there is. The food took about 16 minutes to get done, during that time, I watchedthem pull 3 cars forward to wait, one of which they had to walk out and refund their money because they didn't have food thawedto serve them. There's lots of employees, moreso than I've seen in other Arby's, so not sure they can blame that. Also, therestaurant was very dirty. I'd say it was because they were so busy, but 3 cars and one walk in during 20 minutes, I don'tconsider that busy since none appeared to order much food (it was all small sacks they carried out the door to the waiting drivethroughs). We love Arby's, highly recommend the chain, but not this one. Read more
They were really busy and there was a wait, but for good reason, the order was accurate and delicious!!
