I placed an order online for delivery. Didn?t check my email but got a confirmation that it would have been canceled. I had... tried calling multiple times and no one answered and when I finally got through, a very nice man took the call. I originally hadcalled very mad and the man informed me that they didn?t have a delivery driver for that night. I immediately felt terrible andhad asked him if he had had a bunch of angry collars? To which he replied yes. According to him, he was made fun of, Cussed out,and yelled at. I just told him that I hope he had a great rest of the evening and I apologized. I just want to make sure that heand his team know that there are people out there that understand and to keep up the good work.
