The coffee here is full of flavor, not water down like other Dunkin donuts I've been to. One complaint I do have about all... Slow service. This is the worst Dunkin? in the area. The service is really really slow and products are always unavailable.... I ordered through the all for faster pickup, when I go there was told they don?t have the drink I ordered. I don?t drink... anything else so I asked for a refund, they told me they don?t do that. I ask not even a gift card, no we can?t give refunds. Iasked to speak to the manager they told me she wasn?t working and that I would have to come back the next day at 6am if I wantedto speak with her. Avoid going here on the weekends and afternoons. Apparently the weekend crew not only likes to make cold mini bagels but they... can't get a coffee order straight. Afternoon crew isn't much better either. :/ :D My coffee order is fairly basic; xlmidnight, four cream, four splenda. I've built up a good rapport with the woman that usually runs the drive through in themorning during the week and she's really good about getting the order straight. The afternoon/weekend crew? Yeah sorry I'm notimpressed. The tend to screw up the coffee order more times than not, why I have no idea. They'll literally repeat back theorder to me and STILL get it wrong. Either they're on autopilot or they just don't feel like making a pot of the good stuff sothey give me the regular blend thinking I won't taste the difference. Sorry but I can tell immediately when it's regularblend. The mini bagel thing I find amusing in a way. I mean how do you screw up throwing them into the e-z bake oven? Morningweekday crew makes 'em right where they're actually warm on the inside. The afternoon/weekend crew? They're warm on theoutside but still cold inside. :D I stopped going to Dunks for a while because I got tired of them making the same dumbmistakes time and time again but today I figured I'd give this location another try.
