This is a great subway! Maria at the front counter is super friendly and makes a great sub. Will definitely be back!
This Subway location makes some of the best sandwiches a Subway can, in my opinion, in the Worcester area. The staff are always... kind and friendly. However, today, when I went in, it was so hot inside, I couldn't bring myself to eat inside the store. Idon't know how the employees work through the hot and stuffy air in there. It reached a high of 84, I believe today, and ithonestly was cooler outside than it was in the actual store. This happens often when I visit this location and it really is sucha shame because I would go out to eat here more if the store wasn't so darn hot on the hotter days of summer. I feel bad for theemployees working too, I don't know how they do it! I was so shocked, when it felt cooler stepping outside, in the sun at 84degrees, than inside that store, that I felt compelled to leave a review. I probably will not be eating here again anytime soon,and I wouldn't suggest visiting this location. Read more
Had to go to 3 different subways till finally was able to use coupons that I received in the mail!!
Lady was so nice today on June 16 2:30 forgot to catch her name but so kind, some of the best subway customer service I?ve ever... had. 10/10 if you?re in Worcester go to this Subway:)! Read more
