I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, and trying their amazing pizza last month! And I loved it! I even got a tour of the... place (I used to have a restaurant years ago on that same spot), and all I can say is that the place is absolutely SPOTLESS! Iwas very impressed with the cleanliness and organization skills they have. I would highly recommend Worcester Pizza Factory toanyone that wants to eat good pizza, from a reputable and clean place! This was the ?buffalo chicken? calzone which had no buffalo sauce, no bleu cheese, and was undercooked to the point there was... raw dough. This is the ?BLT? that had next to no bacon, the equivalent of half a slice of tomato cut into 4 tiny pieces, and afew shreds of lettuce. Threw it all in the garbage, what a waste of money. EDIT: in response to your reply: it would be helpfulto note in your menu description that you put the sauce on the side. ?Buffalo chicken? is chicken dressed in buffalo sauce, notchicken with buffalo sauce on the side. What about the undercooked dough? Regarding the bacon, if this is the standard amountof bacon on your BLT?you may want to reevaluate. Great spot. I ordered a steak and cheese and it was delicious, but even better than the food was the atmosphere and the owner!... He is so friendly and goes out of his way to show gratitude and kindness to the customers, I watched him give a lady a discounton an order for driving far to pick it up.
