Wow, the manager here is rude. Not even sure why he works in the food industry when he?s so bad at customer service. He speaks... condescendingly to his employees, and he did to me as well. I walked in to get a mobile order and he started yelling at me whenI went to check to see if it was ready. I hadn?t even SAID anything. I literally didn?t know he was speaking to me because heseemed so angry. When my order was ready and I went to get it, he told me that I said I didn?t have a mobile order and ridiculedme for saying that. I told him that I didn?t even hear what he had said to me before. He continued to berate me. It wasembarrassing, and I was humiliated. Even the employees were confused by how aggressive he was. A customer also had to stick upfor me. I will never return here. I?ve gone to many other DD in the area and have never been treated the way I did there. I?llbe sure to leave a negative review everywhere I can so other people can avoid being patronized by that jerk. Read more
