I have to say that I'm very impressed with whomever made our food on 11.16.2022. It was delicious!! This is my 2nd time... ordering at the Worthington Galena store and both times have been above and beyond amazing service. I left the other Donatos onTamarack because of poor customer service, poor delivery and orders 100% always wrong. I'm very happy with my move and I evenhave to pick it up but it is soon worth the drive. This team obviously puts alot of care into their prepping and cooking. Iappreciate you! Read more
UPDATE: Ordered a pepperoni with extra sauce. Got less sauce than normal. Pizza was SUPER dry. Went to fill out customer service... form in the app and it doesn?t work. Food is usually really good, staff is friendly and quick. Sat on hold for over 5 minutesat 10:15pm one time, no answer. Read more
Have ordered a few times from here in the past month or so (don't judge). The food has been VERY well done if not burnt every... time. I love this place, its my go to... But go easy on the baking guys!!!! Read more
