Have gone here a few times now. My app order took a really long time and eventually I had to ask about it twice for them to... actually make it. They sell "draught" coffee which is not the same as iced coffee but that's what they were using to make myiced coffee. Staff seems very young and untrained when I go inside and not attentive to customers. Donuts taste undercooked(small, flat, chewy). Read more

Pretty pathetic. Order 2 refreshers in the drive-thru. They took forever to take my order at the speaker. Good barely hear the... woman taking my order, she sounded miserable like she didn?t want to be there. Then she just said pull around and didn?t tell memy total. I live right by this location so I go there often and today once again my iced caramel macchiato with extra shot of espresso is... like literally drinking sugar milk. Sometimes they make it right but most of the time I end up paying $7 for sugar milkbasically. Don?t get me started on how poor their food comes out, bread stale, sandwiches cold.
