I love this place and have been going for years. It may not have the reputation of Starbucks but so what? The caramel latte is... twice as good as Starbucks at nearly half the price. Wish I could give zero stars!! The older lady and man behind the counter are very rude and need to be held accountable when... wrong. I used the mobile app, I ordered my med frozen coffee then wanted to use my points to get my son munchkins.. When Iclicked redeem points I hit "FREE 10count munchkins with purchase of med or large drink." It says offer applied to ordersuccessfully. I placed my order go to pick and up my munchkins are not with my coffee? Weird. So I ask and tell them I redeemedpoints for them and said it pretty much wasn't thier issue.
