They get my order wrong every time and they take your order with an attitude. Probably the worst fast food place I've EVER been... to. And talk about unsanitary! I wanted spicy tenders not little fried peices of breading. I also didn't get the extra sauce Ipaid for. Or my Mac n cheese. This happens every time! The workers simply do not care. So heard a lot about this place is fried chicken and yesterday we decided to give it a try. I have never tasted bad chicken in... my life. This fried chicken had no season on it or flavor. We all just tasted the oil it was fried in. And the family meal wegot the green beans was only filled halfway up the container they put it in. I will never come here again. For the price we paidwe could have gone to KFC and got more and way better tasting chicken. So, you send me a link after I got rid of me receipt andexpect me to write a complaint there too. Maybe the management has changed, but I have been coming to this Wylie outlet for the past couple of years, and the service has... deteriorated terribly. Today, the cashier overcharged me $6 for a family meal of 15 chicken. When they finally refunded, theywouldn't even give me a refund receipt. When I asked for some zing spice packets (there were 15 chicken and only 3 packets), thesupervisor actually rolled her eyes at me and said oh my God.
