Clean restaurant with knowledgeable and efficient order takers. Party of 8 and we all enjoyed our meals.
The service at the Mcalisters in Wylie, Tx is slowly declining. Today I went in and the workers behind counter was playing... around. I ordered my food and when the young brought it out, she was swinging the bag and it slipped out her hand with a portionof side opening up and falling out bag. She apologized and said she would fixit. But when I got home, salad was all overcontainer and sandwich had completely come apart. I consider this lousy service. Read more
This McAllister?s location has gone extremely downhill. Every time I get a takeout order it is wrong and/or missing something.... On two different occasions, they have tried to serve me the scrapings at the bottom of the bowl as a substitute for queso forthier ?nachos?. This place used to be pretty good, but the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. The serviceis also going downhill. When I bring issues like this to the attention of the staff, they don?t seem to care or want to doanything to continue and win my business. Read more
We were here on October 29th and have been here many times since they opened. Today I had the Spicey Southwest Chicken Sandwich... and it was awesome! I've never had it before but I will definitely get it again and again and again. Just the right amount ofspice, sauce, everything. Other dishes tonight were loaded potatoes and other sandwiches.
