Waited in the drive-thru for 26 minutes total. When I pulled up to place our order, the girl told us to "hold on for a few... minutes", we waited 8 minutes for her to come back on the speaker to take our order. They also left out items we ordered andthen tried to charge me again for items I had already paid for and didn't receive. I had to argue with the girl at the windowjust to get my other items. Waited 25 minutes for order. Order was off by 3 items. Staff held my change.. over $8 until I told them they owed me... then... it was .. "well how much?" Staff on phones and while they come out with partial orders to all of us waiting they shout "whatchu waitin for? 9/21 5:30pm. Easy ordering if they had the table # planks. But trick a girl taught me was when none hit 111 and it will alow the order to go... through so they can prepare it for you.
