Some of the most rude and disrespectful employees I've ever encountered at a Biggby! They don't pay attention to the customer... when they are ordering in the drive thru. They get my order wrong even when they repeat my order back to me 1 to 2 times overthe speaker! I walked inside this Biggby one night around 6pm and right when I walked in this employee stands up and in thesnottiest tone of voice says we're closed! We are having a staff celebration. I walked out and said maybe you should lock yourfront doors! I have been going to this location for 7 years mostly because it's 0.5 miles from where I live. The last 2 yearsthis location has gone downhill! I have plenty of other Biggby locations near me that are less than 5 miles away so not a bigdeal to avoid this location! Read more

This biggby coffee makes really bad coffee. Been here 3 times and every time the coffee drinks taste watered down and lacking... the flavor of the coffee ordered. Never going to this location again. It pretty sad when you can get better coffee at a gasstation. Read more
The worst Biggby location in GR. I?ve given this place several chances over the last year and every time I regret it. It?s... always something. Sometimes they?re randomly closed.
