Ordered 8/20/22 gave me some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had I've been sick all night throwing up and using the... bathroom and it's 8:00 a.m. and I'm still sick as a dog wouldn't recommend one star as far too generous my pizza was burnt but Istill try to eat it without complaining and I wish I would have just had them take it back because when the delivery guy gothere I had a feeling something was wrong with my pizza and I asked him to look at it and he wouldn't let me. Hadn't had jets in 3 yrs. Tried it tonight, ordered online, I got new York style pizza and then bf got deep dish Cajun crust... on that one. Ordered basically at 5pm, said 26 mins, got there a few mins early, and already done. Super fast. Great pizza,love the New York style, new favorite. Great customer service, zero problems. Read more

This is now the second time this location has forgotten the bottle of ranch I?ve ordered. This time I called the location and... they were blaming it on the DoorDash driver. It?s best to note that I ordered through the Jets website so they are out sourcingthe delivery through DoorDash. Ownership of how orders go out is on this location. Sadly because they mostly use DoorDash fordelivery your pizza gets delivered cold because they do not have to tools to keep it warm. Read more
