The lobby is not open; their info is wrong! When I get out of the office for an hour, I want to be able to sit, relax and eat... comfortably, not sit in my truck in a random parking lot. They are doing the same thing as all of the other greedy places. If Iwaste gas driving to your restaurant and you lied and said your lobby was open....automatic 1 star. They run short staffed andsave by working 2-3 workers extra hard, instead of actually hiring enough to run the entire restaurant. Some even try to stillblame COVID, but this is fueled purely by greed. This creates a toxic work environment where everyone hates their job and isexactly why the service is terrible. Read more
