Manager rude!!!! Said no outside food or drinks but does not offer food for ppl with allergies! Also let someone in with a... Gatorade due to being diabetic and at the SAME TIME denied me the ability to go get food and bring it in to eat with my familybecause I have Celiac disease! (TOTAL DISCRIMINATION) And again have NOTHING for me to eat there! While my family ordered a lotof food and drinks from there already! There were 7 of us with food. Drinks, bowling and shoe rental! And I had to sit there andnot eat dinner because management decided it's ok for diabetics and not ppl with true allergies! We came to the bowling alley at 5:15 yesterday and were told we could not bowl. Website says they?re open until 8PM, and they... said they close at 7PM, we still had almost 2 hours before closing and we?re turned away! Very unprofessional. In regards toyour response, I actually was going to go with some other friends and their kids, and they let me know that they had called upthere and were told that you had open bowling until 7PM. I still don't get why you say you close at 7PM when your websitestates 8PM, and if you had a private group coming in and we not able to accommodate open bowling, why you would not say thatover the phone when they called? Doesn't add up honestly. It was 3 of us that did come in, and if you have open bowling, weshould not have been turned away period. Read more
