i'm just here for the wifi. while i'm using it i'm listening to the manager scream at all the new 5-year-old employees. "stop... playing with everything" come back here. COME BACK HERE!" "i can see you didn't wipe this down. this big stain right here." "no, YOU check the window." "put your phone down." i can hear all of them screwing around & talking back to her from the otherside of the dining room. hey mr manager you'd better initiate some discipline over here. yes their parents should have startedit 15 years ago, but you're not going to get any work out of them as it stands now. or you can fire them so they never have abetter job than some gas station, and you still won't have competent workers. or customers. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The inside is always closed, the drive through line is always to the street and... the food is always room temperature. The only reason anyone goes here is because the next closest fast food place is 20 minutesaway, and I almost always just drive the extra 20 minutes because I'd end up being in line that long anyway, just for cold,stale food. Where do I even start? This McDonalds is so horrendous that I purposefully avoid it, and will drive to Westerly just because I... know it would take the same amount of time to get my food. The doors are never open, and the food is never good. There?s alwaysa line that has a minimum of 20 minutes wait time, even when there isn?t beach traffic in town. Some of the employees don?t evenlook like they?re given uniforms, wearing whatever they want (I saw one man wearing 3 belts, yet somehow his pants were stillbelow his underpants). This establishment is a joke, and the employee?s are so rude sometimes it?s just unfair. Do not go here,rather take the ride and go to Westerly, as you?ll get better food and spare the same amount of time. Read more
Waited at least 5 minutes for our order, which was sitting in plain site. Staff busy talking instead of working orders. Chicken... nuggets were not edible and didn't even get a sauce as requested which might of masked taste. First and last time I will eat atthe McDonalds. Read more
My experience here was terrible. I had no time to go back around the drive thru and get my money back as I was late for... work. The worker did not have gloves on, hands were visibly dirty with dirt under his nails. Also, the hash browns were nearlyhard as rock. My breakfast burritos were not fresh. All in all, I will not come back here. Read more
