I've shopped at Russo's for years. Their store has an amazing assortment of food options, frozen items, quality cheeses, fresh... salad bar, hot and cold deli. The staff is courteous and helpful. It's a great place to have lunch, or dinner. Recently, Ihad a problem with one of my favorite frozen items, which was their specialty ravioli under the label Nonna Carmen. I explainedthe issue to Michael at Russo's, which was the ravioli seal broke in the cooking process on the whole package. Michael was verypolite and helpful and replaced the product and gave me a refund. I was very appreciative. Shop at Russo's if you haven't triedit. It's a hidden gem in Berks County! Read more
