Absolutely NO customer service! They have this same nasty old guy manage for years and when we used to eat inside, he'd be... hiding out in the office and never deal with complaints. Tonight I placed a to-do order. My husband got home and items weremissing that we had paid for as indicated on the receipt. I immediately called & got the nasty old man. I told him we hadmissing items that we paid for. His response was "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" In a rude tone! The order was messed up. I ordered extra crispy and got original. The coating doesn't even taste like KFC chicken coating at... all. I ordered honey sauce and got ketchup! We waited 30 mins for 3 beef burritos and 3 bean and cheese burritos. It took forever to come out and then they lost our order... or something. The cashier told us to go park they'll bring it to us. If I could give less than one star, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever received. My jeans are... ruined and I will be cleaning grease off of my car seat and door panel for weeks. The manager argued with me about the liquid inmy bowl and mocked me when I said it was grease...he said it was hot sauce. I have never gotten a spicy famous bowl with "hotsauce" like this. KFC does not deserve the one star I had to leave in order to post this review. I went through the drive thru at KFC in... Wytheville Virginia & ordered the 3 piece chicken box which has 2 chicken breast, 1 wing, 2 sides, biscuit & drink for 10.00.All the chicken was over cooked which was hard & dried up, not fit to eat. The biscuit must had been sitting out to longbecause it was hard, not fit to eat. I did not get a drink so the 2 small sides cost me $10.00. I will not be eating here again. Read more
