The food tasted like it had sat in the freezer forever. Some of the items were not edible.
Update: Check your food. Orders are seldom correct. I once again received an incorrect order. I speak clearly with no regional... accent and am not hard to understand, yet somehow, my order of a "large #2, plain" became a large #2 loaded with everything.Ashley (the carhop that took my order) is extremely rude, has cut me off mid sentence, and is not what I'd call personable orfriendly. Unless someone in the kitchen keeps making the same mistake, she consistently gets it wrong. Edit 2: Since AshleyHavens quit or was fired, our food has been correct 2 out of 2 times. One more correct order makes for statistical relevance soit seems like they are improving. Read more
We have been coming to Sonic for a long time and within the past few months our order was ALWAYS WRONG. We would have to wait... until they brought us what we actually ordered. But today I go to Sonic and everything we ordered was exactly what we ordered. I think it was a great move on the Management to get Ashley Havens out of Sonic. She was always the one working when our orderwas wrong. So Thank You. You will be seeing us there a lot more now. Read more
The food was delicious tasting.. Just a few problems. The app said that ordering through the app wasn't available (so no half... price beverages). The bathrooms were inexplicably "out of order to the public" and there wasn't a sign posted to let anyoneknow. Our screen to order was "out of order" and no sign here either. They took our order and got it wrong because they didn'trepeat the order back (I'm assuming they thought our screen was in working condition so we could visibly varify our order). Theworst part was the blue slush that ended up all over my vehicle because there was a hole in the cup (which you wouldn't realizewas there until it started melting). Read more
