Ordered carry out and when we got home the biscuits and gravy were missing. That was for my husband and he cooked something... else. I called and they said come get them or they would give credit for next time. I said credit and gave them my name. Thevery next night we went in for another carry out i mentioned the credit. The manager offered less credit than what I paid forthe food I never received. Bizarre. No apology or ? let us make it up to you@. Also ,The food was not good on the second order.I didn?t get what I ordered and my husbands chicken soup was flavorless. We won?t return. Read more

Most recent visit was not the best. Bottom line: It was not busy when we visited, but there seemed to be some staffing issues,... mainly in the kitchen. It took a while for someone to come and seat us, I made eye contact with at least 3 people before someonewalked over. Our server was extremely friendly and accommodating (she is the reason for 3 stars instead of a lower amount). Weordered a kids breakfast item, an adult breakfast item, and 2 adult dinner items (my wife specified no gravy). It took 40minutes to get our food, and my wife's meal came covered in gravy. She didn't complain because at that point, we were all veryhungry. Total bill after tip was over $60. Overall, not a great experience for a meal where I paid that much. That experiencewill influence whether we choose to go back again, and how soon. Read more

The only reason I am giving the location one star is because I can't give no stars. The Bob Evans could be the worst location... ever. Second bad experience in a row. First time had a free night and thought I would set in side as I had not set in therestaurant in years. Sat down to a sticky table, and jelly all over the menu. Tried to press on and get a wild fire chickensalad. They were out of chicken. Second time was today got in there was a flustered lady at the counter as the staff could notfind her $58 order. The brought out my wild fire chicken salad and let me know they are out of wild fire ranch. What are theodds. They finally locate the ladies order so she is pulling out the food from the bag to make sure they got everything. Can'tsay I blame her due to the lack of customer service I was witnessing. She had the bag half empty and a guy asked her to moveover so they could cash me out. I decided I did not want my meal. It is pretty evident these kids working there do not careabout people. Bob Evans use to be an American staple you could depend on the take care of you and provide and excellent dinningexperience. No longer the case. You mostly see an older crowd that goes for the nostalgia. You don't see younger peoplethere. What will you do when the older generation is no longer around? Read more

My husband and I eat at this Bob Evans frequently. Normally, food is good and service friendly. In the last couple of weeks,... that has changed! Waits are long. We have seen MANY people leave before being served! I personally felt like leaving today ! Wewaited for over 20 minutes just to be seated. Not once were we even acknowledged or even told they would be right with us. As wewaited, another group came in. Immediately the hostess asked their name and how many were in the party. When I said we had beenwaiting before them, I was told she knew that ! Then she barked to follow her! As she left us at the table, she said over hershoulder, "I DO KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!" and marched off! If my visits were based solely on her, I would never return! However, ourserver was great and the food adequate. If people are leaving because of this young woman , the restaurant would be better offwithout her! Read more
