Website said 1 hour estimated time for order, waited an hour and twenty minutes and the person on the phone said estimated wait... was an hour and a half, and would be 25 or more minutes, but the food was already prepared. Not ordering from here again. Read more
Updated !If I could give 0 stars I would Ordered pizza online at 1145 pm Said would be delivered in an hour. Well at 130 am I... tried calling and was put on hold by a robot. Well after 20 min on hold I decided to drive up to the store to pick up mypizzas. When I arrived they were closed. Now I have to call tomorrow to get my money back that they took from my account. Then Ihad to wait in line at taco bell to get food at 230 am just so I can get up at 6 am for work. Will never order from hereagain. UPDATE,So i went to the store the following day and they said they opened at 4. Waited until about 430 for them to openand the manager said they already gave me my money back. She told me she saw my order come in the might before but couldn't callme to tell me they were closing early because I didn't leave a number. That was a lie because on my receipt it had my numberunder number section. She asked if I wanted buy anything or if I was done complaining. So I left and emailed corporate throughtheir website saying I wanted to speak to someone in corporate about this issue. Corporate never contacted me after a week andmy money Still hadn't been returned so I emailed corporate again saying I wanted to speak with them again and still no reply. Idid get my money back a few days after that. I still have yet to hear from corporate which I will co tact again at this point Imust speak to corporate this is unacceptable and I will.never purchase anything from this company again. Read more
Checked online and saw that Vinny was open until 3 am, ordered food at 11:40 pm, it took my order and said that it would be one... hour until delivery, took my money and the wait began, 2 hours and no food or call saying it would be delayed. If I could givezero stars I would do it, also waited on hold for fifteen minutes so we drove to CV and saw it was closed. It was an absolutelygarbage experience. Read more
