This was an amazing find on our way to see how hops are grown at scale in the Yakima valley. The service was impeccable and the... food experience among the best I’ve had. At this food loving... establishment food and the flavours they create when combined are on full display. Looking to try something special from kusshioysters on half shells with kitchen inspired Thai toppings to horseradish foam with grilled salmon. Your taste and smellsenses will be brought to life. This well oiled kitchen and front end staff are in tune with their art. Our first time eating here. We ordered the watermelon salad, ahi tuna with pickled ginger, fresh halibut pasta, and scallops... with stone fruit. The scallops and ahi tuna were our favorite but it all was amazing and plated gorgeous. The atmosphere is funand a really cool place for a date night or night out with good friends. We enjoyed a lovely anniversary meal at Crafted. The service was attentive but not overwhelming. We enjoyed gochujang glazed... rainbow carrots, seared crusted Pork Chop with large chili flavored beans and corn, what was likely the best skirt steak I haveever had cooked perfectly with Indian spiced oyster mushrooms and cauliflower puree, finally a handmade marshmallow s'mores in asmoke filled cloche.
