Night shift is the WORST. My fiancé and I spend a lot of money at this Taco Bell and almost EVERY time we get the same guy who... is absolutely rude and has NO customer service. He rushes us every time we order or makes us feel incompetent when we arechoosing an item off the menu. He gives attitude when we get to the window to pay and acts like we are a bother. Tonight,11-19-2022 , my fiancé went by himself to get us something to eat and drink and once again, the guy was completely rude. Myfiancé ordered and of course was rushed and cut off when he was ordering. My fiancé ordered our food and asked for a largeSierra mist and a large Pepsi. When he got to the window he was told that he didn?t order the Pepsi and the manager handed him amedium Pepsi without charge. My fiancé was upset because that?s not what he ordered. So he drove home and picked me up and Iwent back and spoke to the manager. I went through the drive through and ordered a large Pepsi , just like my fiancé originallywanted. When I got to the window to pay, I asked to speak to the manager. The lady at the window said she was the manager and Iexpressed how disgusted I was with the service we have been receiving the past few months at night. The guy ( who would not givehis name when I asked ) was also standing there. I explained to her that he was the one who has been disrespectful. She said shewould talk to him and she seemed sincere.
