Have been waiting for over 60 minutes, and the order came out wrong. We understand they're busy. But we asked multiple times how... long it would take for our order, and they kept saying that they're making it. It me to get upset and tell everyone that I havebeen waiting for over 45min and other people agreed that their orders were misplaced too. When the manager finally looked at myreceipt, they asked to make it as it wasn't on their queue. My husband opened his Big Mac, and this is what he got.... as weare asking ourselves how they can misplaced our order and still get it wrong. A lady was asking for a manager as she waitedlonger than us, and they also didn't give her the Bic Mac as it is supposed to be. We honestly were afraid to even asked toremake it bc the entire experience was the worst!!! You would think that by having the self-order option, they would be able toprovide a better service. Gave it one star because I couldn't give it a zero. Place is not clean. Tables not wiped, bathrooms missing toilet paper,... condiments missing from counter no salt, pepper, ketchup. Drink area is not clean at all. Employees are not attentive to thecustomers and their needs. I will never stop at this McDonald's along Interstate 95 ever again. My recommendations to futurepatrons go to a different location. Read more

Large sports bar place, lots of great TVs all around. Our waitress was attentive and friendy. Big menu with lots of choices for... burgers, pasta, bbq and some seafood too. Tuscan pasta was a pretty good dish. The fish and chips unfortunately were verygreasy, fries were mediocre, the tartar sauce was a bit sour and seemed off. Only ordered one spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and it took 15 minutes and when I got it the sandwich had a sprinkle of lettuce... and it was not even hot and the chicken was tough I was traveling thru so was unable to go back and could not finish it. Staffwas on the phone and the girl taking orders was sweeping in the bathroom and lobby in between and never washed her hands. Thisis bad for any McDonald's I will not be back.
