Well, I am an over the road truck driver and I pulled in here for my 30 minute break and to get dinner. My two dogs ride in the... truck with me. We are from Texas the land where Dairy Queen was born. I decided to go in and get dinner get myself an ice creamcone and I asked if they make pup cups for the dogs I was told no. OK that?s fine. Maybe it?s a franchise and they don?t have tostick to corporate rules, but then I asked the gentleman for a small ice cream cone in a cup keep in mind a small ice cream conecost over four dollars and I was just going to split it with the dogs. The guy behind the counter wanted to charge me for asmall blizzard which was like $6.39, I mean I love my dogs but I?m not gonna spend $6.39 on a small ice cream cone in a dish, needless toi say I got back to the truck and my dogs were very disappointed, I think it?s probably about as bad as telling a twoyear old, they can?t have an ice cream cone. I mean seriously come on Dairy Queen. Read more

I ordered a large blizzard today, the pumpkin pie one. The price for a blizzard is outrageous, $9 for a cup of ice is... ridiculous. Also when I was eating it, half of the blizzard was just plain vanilla ice cream. Kinda felt like I got ripped off Read more

Got in the mood for DQ on the drive back to LA and thought hitting this place at peak dinner time might be bad, but I was... pleasantly pleased. The girl up front was the most efficient I?ve ever seen any fast food team member work and she got my orderout literally in a couple minutes (#5 combo btw) and I saw her process a group of at least 6 or 7 customers right after me(which I was glad I got here before they did, but even if I was the last in the group, she still found a way to process all theorders in a jiffy). Kudos to her little team who might be the fastest fast food team I?ve witnessed. Food was typical DQ food. So, can?t criticize or compliment it. Read more
