We just got into town from out of state but I grew up in westchester. First thing we did was grab a large pie with pepperoni. My... 2 year old, wife and I loved it!! The sauce is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too much acid and not overly herby. Thecheese had the perfect stringiness and the pepperoni the right amount of grease. This all leads up to a crust baked toperfection. I want to move back home just to be able to eat this pizza more often!
