It was my 1st time at this location. It could have been a bad day, but they really needed help. Long wait to order, longer wait... before order was completed. Ordered 4 drinks, they make 2 then the next 2 came out after several other orders about 10 minuteslater. No grande cups, no venti straws. The drinks were delicious though. Read more
Very confused by the service. Half the workers were huddled together having a very casual conversation with the each other when... there were mobile orders and people waiting in line to be done. Like, pls at least work while u converse? I also ordered ventidrinks but they weren?t filled to the top as seen in the image below. I also was informed that there wasn?t any whip cream, butmy drink came with whip cream anyways there for there was less of my actual drink. I ordered a venti for a reason, whip cream ismeant on top of the drink not filling up half my cup, i think it would have been wise to at least ask if the customer wanted thewhip cream- which probably was left unrefrigerated hence the soggy cream.
