How crazy you go to a Baskin Robbins to get an age old classic banana split....something that you can normally find at a Baskin... Robbins however this place (even thought the website says they have them) doesn't carry anything but ice cream cones. So if youwant anything more then an ice cream cone head to diary queen! They are what we were told a Baskin Robbins express. However thatis not how they advertise so headquarters might want to fix how they present this location so that you actually know what yourgetting! Was told they closed at 10 PM about 4 hours ago show up at 8:58 wanting ice cream the lady tells me they are closed? Due to... having one person working but 10 minutes later another gentleman gets ice cream. Smh Read more

Love going to the York B&R. This time, they were out of my usual, and I am really OCD about it. The lady asked me what combo I... normally get, and she said, "I want you to trust me and try this." For some reason, I was willing to trust her. Loved herchoice! I got a chocolate mousse and chips ice cream and mixed that with vanilla for a shake, and it was phenomenal!!!! Basedon that, I just felt like she knows her stuff with ice cream and knows how to help customers. PLUS we were there with a biggroup, and the employees took it in stride and with fun even though we were throwing all kinds of different tasks at them,mostly shakes, and those aren't easy.
