Chase took my order at the counter. What an young man! He was jolly, polite, interested in each customer, asking questions, and... creating such a pleasurable experience it thew half the customers off. In 3 minutes of watching him work I realized what thisworld is missing, people like Chase who genuinely love what they do, and share that love with there customers. Most of the time Wendy's is a great fast meal. Not sure why the food and service at this location is so poor. Employees all seem... to be mad that you are there ordering food. After a 17 hour drive all day I not only needed food because I was hungry, but also to keep me awake until I got home to... Kearney.
