We ordered a gluten free pizza for a member of our party with celiac. The put it in as gluten free but the person who made the... pizza did not read the ticket carefully and made a regular pizza. We did not find out about the error until after the pizza hadbeen consumed. When I spoke to the manager they apologized and said the person making pizza must not have noticed. Not only isthere no protocol in place to protect against this kind of mistake but there was no attempt to make it right by refund or othercompensation.
