UPDATE 10/18/22 Just drove by and they were closed by the York Health department more proof this place is poorly managed stay... far away. I was coming every morning spending $8 a day every day. But the morning staff working the drive thru is so rude. Noone smiles or greets you they are very abrupt PULL AROUND!!! As you pull up they just force your order out the window and walkaway. No thank you have a nice day no manners or appreciation things that mean the most and cost nothing. Appreciate thecustomers you have left before they become the customers you HAD. Read more
I been coming here almost every day for almost 2 years as I like most of the staff and everyone has bad days. I get that. But I... can?t count how many times I?ve ordered at the drive thru and they always come off rude, zero interaction at the window whenpaying and getting your order not even so much as saying your total. I ordered an extra large decaf with pumpkin swirl and five creams inside the store. The young lady who took my order was very... pleasant and apologized for a short wait due to the fact she was making a fresh pot of decaf coffee for me. Not only did shemake my drink exactly as ordered but did not skimp on the pumps of pumpkin swirl which many coffee preparers do. She was alsovery pleasant and had my drink ready in a jiffy.
