Tonight?s outback experience was the best we have had in a long time. It was great from start to finish! We came in and were... seated by the nicest host named Bryce! He made a nice first impression as he walked us to our table, asked about our day, andeven asked us in passing later on if we were enjoying the food. Our food was cooked perfectly and as we were leaving, Bryce evenheld the door for us and wished us a safe ride home. We will definitely be back with top notch customer service and deliciousfood. Server was terrible. Took far to long just for her to make the first stop and take drink and appetizer order. Drinks arrived... in a reasonable amount of time. Watched two other tables be sat and get drinks and appetizers before ours finally wasdelivered, but can't say for sure if that was the server since the appetizer was hot when it arrived. Those same tablesreferenced before received there meals and were actually paying and leaving when our meals were delivered and not even by ourserver. Food was warm at best so it must have sat for a long time for a baked potato to be luke warm upon arrival. Definitelycould tell server could care less, she'd go by look right at our table and see empty plates and glasses but would not check tosee if anything was needed. Top it all off when I checked out and paid with debit card she brought some other tables receiptfor me to sign. I was in the wrong because I didn't look that close until after we left only to have to call in to make surethe correct amount was applied to my card. Probably the worst experience I've had at an Outback. I think from now on we'lljust go the extra miles out of town if we want to go to an Outback. Food was edible but definitely not the best.
