Always been my favorite Pizza spot, my go to pizza by far BUT don?t know what happened tonight. Changed recipe, cooks or... whatever it may be? The the pizza crust was chewy and barely any taste. Hope this was a one time thing or might have to findanother pizza joint. - Loyal customer. Read more

Ordered a pizza and stromboli for delivery through Door Dash. The stromboli was tiny, about half the size of comparable... restaurants, and was doughy in the middle, and the pizza was missing 2 toppings. When we called the restaurant, the Gus'semployee blamed Door Dash and said it was too bad, that the restaurant would not correct the order. The driver only had oneorder for delivery from this restaurant. He was given the pizza by the employee at Gus's and did not mix it up as it was theonly pizza he picked up. The stromboli and pizza boxes did not have any writing on them to indicate what type they were or whothey were for. Very disappointed and will not choose Gus's in the future. Read more

Food was delicious! We had take out for a work lunch. I had the half chicken Philly and a Caesar salad. The salad was great,... parmesan cheese was fresh. The sub was hot, cheesy and delicious. I didn't realize the sub doesn't come with topping such aslettuce or tomato until it arrived. It was my fault because the menu clearly stated this. I was happy with the meal just as itwas. The salad was placed in the box with the hot sub, so it became warm and croutons became stale/soft. I still ate and enjoyedit but don't think it's a great idea to mix a cold salad with a warm sub in a box. I do understand the business trying to savemoney by using less to go, however, would have rather had a refreshing cool salad. Read more
