Absolutely love this place. My family has been getting cakes made since my brothers and I were kids. American cookie cake never... fails to produce the best tasting cookie I have ever had. The women who runs the shop is a doll, she?s is dedicated to producingonly the best! Thank you so much for making every event, birthday party etc special. horrible customer service. lady that was working was absolutely rude. update 4.26. I stood there waiting over 5 minutes as your... employee stood there and made cookies and I was the only customer there. Instead of acknowledging us she couldnt care less. Thenas we ordered we were told anything else several times as if we were bothering her by making purchases. Then i asked if hequalified for the buy 5 get 1 free. She shook her head no without any explanation. After ringing up the price she finallyexplained which makes zero sense as it gives us no chance to purchase more. The cookies were delicious! But the customer service was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. We stopped by this afternoon... with my husband and my 2 year old daughter. We walk up to the kiosk and the lady was behind the machine, we thought she washelping someone on the side but she was just trying to hide from us. Several of the cookies have a sign ?buy 5 get one free.? Wepicked out 6 cookies, and I asked if it qualified for the buy 5 get one free and she literally said no. No explanation nothing.Just starts putting the cookies in a bag. When I ask do we need to pick more?... She just said you need to buy all the samecookies. Ummm ok. Not a big deal but after seeing us pick 4-5 different cookies she could have said if your picking cookies forthe promo they all have to be the same. A simple sweet courtesy gesture would have been nice. Nonetheless we ordered 8 cookieswith someone who obviously didn?t want to be there or be bothered with our order and then 2 of the cookies were the stuffedcookies and she literally holds up the bag and says these are $3.99 each. Maybe she thought we were 12 years old and couldn?tafford $3.99 but she was just rude about it. It was just an overall negative experience. It?s sad because the cookies are greatbut with that attitude Im sure nobody wants to come back. Almost 30 minutes after we left it was still rubbing us the wrong waylike how can you be so rude to another human being, I get it we all have bad days but you?re there to sell cookies, be nice.
