This is the first eating establishment I?ve ever walked into where the manager stares at you vs providing some type of greeting.... I thought for a few moments of just turning around and leaving as it seemed the best course of action. After an awkward fewmoments I told her I was there to eat dinner. The food was good. The server was outstanding. I was there about two hours andobserved the manger hang out by the bar and except for taking time to feed herself dinner. Not a lot of management on her partbut ample time spent eating, visiting with employees and texting. I?d go again as the food was good but I respectfully suggestthe GM spend some time with the manager to hone her customer service skills. Read more
