Their food is good. But service and food are slow. They can't keep help for very long
This is the WORST BK I?ve ever been too. From the quality of the food to the customer service, I?d rate zero stars if I could!... We went thru the drive thru & ordered food. The young girl didn?t even speak just held her hand out waiting for payment, justrude. Then our food was cold & old like it was sitting out for 5hrs. We went inside to try & get a refund & the manager was justas rude & disrespectful. Said she couldn?t do a refund for us to call this complaint # & leave a message. Like lady, I paid forfood I can?t even eat. She never once offered to remake it. Never apologized for the service & inconvenience.. then called thecops on my husband because he was trying to get SOMETHING since again we paid for food! Even the cook admitted that the food hadbeen sitting out all day. Just a horrible experience all the way around! Read more
This burger King is awesome way way better then the one in girard Ohio. The people was very nice to us and the food was made... exactly the way we like it. The girard location should be more like this one because everyone in girard needs fired and everyonein this burger kind deserves raises. Read more
Tried this notoriously terrible BK after the one down the road said cash only. I went around 10:55 pm and they said they were... only accepting cash as well. I guess BK hates money, because how many people really carry cash anymore. Pathetic. I'll neverreturn, because I rarely have cash on me. Good thing Wendy's was accepting cards at that time. Prob won't ever go to any BK fromnow on because I had about 15 minutes of my life wasted because these disgraceful restaurants would only accept filthy cash. Was stuck in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes yesterday. By the time we got to the window the girl didn't greet us or give us... our total but did give us drinks and food that had been sitting awhile; ice had already melted in our drinks and food wassmashed and subpar.
