Rally's burgers are so darn delicious! We have been there three times in the last few days, smh. My grandson is in love with... their chicken tenders! This was the second time I've been talked into stopping at a Rally's. And it is the second time I never got waited on and left... without food. My mom and I waited for a good 20 minutes for service and was not even acknowledged. The drive thru was busy andwe had time to kill so we opted to stay and eat at a table. We stood there waiting at the window for a while, but like I said noone ever opened the window to say, "We'll be with you ASAP. I don't really care for eating in my car when it's not a necessity. However, Rally's food is craveable enough to tolerate it. It... can get kind of expensive easily, but it's my favorite fast food restaurant. Even with nuisances like no free refills, andnickel and diming you for extra sauces (when they don't give you enough to begin with, IMO), with always hot and fresh food(especially the fries) it's sure to feed the need.
