I ordered some pizzas, and some things involving a third party went wrong, the store was not at fault but they made me new... pizzas anyway. Even though they were busy, it got to me in a third the time they estimated. Also, it's great. Read more
Best at lunch. Fresher salad, not too greasy. Evening staff don't seem to prep the food as well. Last order we got had so much... garlic seaoning that it burned so we threw out the a lot of it. Going to avoid this location for a while. Read more
My name isn't Michael. I was given the wrong pizza because reading isn't their thing. I was refused a credit or replacement... pizza. Was offered $3 off on my next pizza. They can kick rocks-they probably do since they cannot properly read. They won'tcare based off their customer service, but my family will no longer use this location. Read more
Most orders have been on par. Today however, I waited almost two hrs for an order that was never delivered. When I spoke to the... young lady over the phone she clearly had no idea of how their online tracking system works and instead gave me the run aroundalong with a generic answer. They offered to remake the order but refused to compensate in anyway for the delivery fee thatobviously became void due to me having to drive to correct this mistake their driver/employees made. A great way to lose thesales all together. Customer service and rectifying issues that the restaurant is responsible for has become non-existent.Something that is common among young workers who could truly care less to help keep a business prospering.
