This place was very disappointing! I went here on my first date with husband since COVID, and at first I was very excited, I... wanted to get the Logan with the bourbon butter and spinach artichoke for the appetizer and a blue Curacao drink that was 6.99.I also had wanted the butter to go with my rolls. well first off they brought me out something that was super spicy with chickenin it and was definitely not butter. We told them this and they tried telling me it was the butter I ordered, but I've orderedthis butter through doordash a lot and it was never super spicy with chicken in it! They refused to believe me and just heatedit up and brought the same thing back to me. Still couldn't eat it because of how spicy it was, and the dip I ordered was nasty.The chips were stale and by this time I couldn't even stand to try to eat because it turned my stomach sour. So my husband tookcare of the check and went to talk with a manager. Well they took the food off, but made us pay for the drink that wasn'tfinished yet, which I was fine with, but they over charged us 2$ for the drink for some reason and the manager had left withoutgiving an explanation. I was also upset by how I watched the waitstaff look back and talk about us and kept shaking her head, itwas very rude and disrespectful to do that were I can see them doing it and to be rude and try to tell me what I do and do notknow. So we left with the overcharge because it wasn't worth trying to take off after all that. We will not be coming back herefor a long time which is sad because it was one of my favorite places to get my food from. So I don't recommend due to theircustomer service alone. Read more
They tried, but doing the same thing over and over again doesn't change the result. Steak ordered medium rare. Steak number 1... well done. Steak number 2,.medium well. Steak 3 medium well. Steak 4 rare. The green beans were good. Fried mushrooms weretasty. Ended up an unintended vegetarian meal. Hard to call yourself a steakhouse when cooking a steak is outside yourwheelhouse! The waitress we had was very friendly to the whole family. She made sure to keep all the dirty plates off the table as well as... keep the drinks topped off, (without even having us have to ask her.) Food was pleasant as well. Happy hour steaks for under$10 yum and reasonable! Read more
Food was as good as expected. (We're regulars) Service was terrific. Our waitress was training a new guy, and she was doing a... great job of showing him what a good server should be! I even asked her if she was always this good! lol This revue would havegotten 5 stars, but for one small detail. According to our server, the disinfectant they use to wipe down the tables interactswith the varnish or sealant that is one each table top. This leaves the table feeling sticky and dirty. Now she wiped our tabledown again while we watched, and dried the table off, but it still felt like there had been syrup pour on the table and notcleaned properly. Logan's needs to find a better way. Went about 2h before close, not that busy, waitress was very forgetful, no one prebussed so we sat there the whole time with... empty appetizer and bread plates on the table. My boyfriend had to ask a few times for his refill. His meal was amazing but themushroom swiss burger tasted like pure propane and I couldn't even eat it. The homemade chips were good but got very chewy andstale by the end. Glad my boyfriend got a good meal at least???? Read more
