Unfortunately, this is probably the worst Starbucks I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. They always have very long lines,... staff is consistently overwhelmed, and they are always out of items. I was working in there today and they said they had a lotof call outs, so they are closing the store early (2pm on a Sunday). They literally stood at the door until I packed up andleft and it caused a ton of confusion for people pulling up to get mobile orders. Last week, they were out of milk and all thestaff did was complain amongst themselves about how they didn't understand why the manager wouldn't let them close the store.Needless to say, their customer service reflected their overwhelm. This store desperately needs to increase their staff and Ididn't see any "hiring" signs. It may be time to consider another Starbucks in the area to handle the demand as well. Everytime i get cheese danishes they look like this. I can only imagine what the inside of their ovens look like. Disgusting...
Very long line and wait. Person takin order was short with me. I got to the window to pay for my drink and food. The employees... were takin about how annoying it is when someone orders food. It holds up the line etc. made me feel very uncomfortable and likeI dnt want to give my business. This isn?t a good look and I really hope no one else experiences that. Read more

I will start off by saying I wish I could give a less than one star review. My husband and I went in 11/28/22 at around 11:30... am. I was greeted by not having stocked items that I wanted but that is not the problem. The problem is not being served in atimely manner and when and I went up to the counter to ask about my Latte, the barista behind the counter was the RUDEST personI have come in contact in quite a while. I asked her if she forgot about my drink and I was smiling about to say I totallyunderstand. She replied to me without looking up at me ? I?m making a latte so Did I FORGET you!?!? With a grunt noise. Sayingand acting very sarcastically. I questioned her not understanding. She ignored me and then she gave me a cold vanilla latte. Iask to speak to the manager , a shift supervisor came instead and spoke to us and said she will talk to her. Not offering howmake it right or even an apology at the very least. As I was talking to the supervisor, all the employees behind the counterwere looking at us and laughing and being SOOOO disrespectful. As my husband and I were leaving, she YELLED ?HAVE A NICE DAY?very loud. I came back in and demanded to speak to the Manager. The Manager came out( in no uniform, like he just got out ofbed). What a Joke. He could have cared less. He actually saw how they were acting as they were doing it in front of him. Theywere acting a fool instead of conducting themselves in a business setting.
