Worst Cold Stone chain I have ever visited! We were not greeted for at least 10min, then they made our ice creams poorly (melted... before they were handed to us) and charged us extra (only got one topping). We went in today. Right when we walked in the store it smelled like disinfectant. We ordered one waffle cone with peanut butter... ice cream to share, which was almost $10.00. We left the store sharing the ice cream by spoon and drove off. We got about twomiles away and started breaking off pieces of the waffle cone to eat???????? both my husband and I were gagging. The waffle conetasted like the disinfectant that we smelled in the store. We would have went back but I had an appointment on the other side oftown. They need to cover their cones and everything else in there before they start spraying the disinfectant. Iam thinkingabout calling the health inspector. Read more
