Takes long time to get your pizza, cashier says 20-30 and its always more than 45-1hr wait time. They do not give the items... personally or check receipts its been various times that other people have taken our order and we have to wait more time forthem to re-make the order. Read more

Placed an order 40 minutes prior to arriving and they didn?t even make my pizza they took my payment first before realizing and... didn?t even ask me if I wanted a refund they just told me to wait finally the manager with the black hair Hispanic women givesme my pizza and walks away without asking if I needed anything else. I was charged extra for my toppings and they didn?t evencare to make it how I ordered plus on top of that they didn?t cut they pizza good enough I had to pull it apart. Not the firsttime this happens but I?m not letting it slide no more. 20 years I?ve been coming here and seems management does not care howclean the place is and how to treat they customers.
