Friendly staff and quick service. Just what I have come to expect from a Starbucks.
Now I don't normally shop at Starbucks but. After my experience today I believe I will be coming back here more often. I got to... the window to place my order and realized "I FORGOT MY WALLET" so I ask for a water cup for my son and nothing else. We get upto the window where Ariel is waiting with our water cup. She says " So I heard you forgot your wallet how can I help you getyour drinks". It was amazing and because of that I'm giving this review. I just ordered today. And the milk or whatever ingredient they used for the white chocolate mocca was expired. Sadly i only... realized after we left Yuma (we ordered through drive thru). This location is usually missing ingredients or dont have certainpopular drinks available. Is almost a miracle to actually get what one wants. I rarely stop at this location due to service andlack of ingredients. I was surprised they even gave us expired milk in our drinks. What a waste of money Read more

I have had to have my drink corrected on SIXdifferent occasions over the past 6 weeks. On two of those occasions, I ordered on the app for ease ????and convenience only tohave to stay in store while the drink was crafted correctly thus creating a 20 minute wait for my drink to be remade severaltimes. All to be responded to by the employees as if I was inconveniencing them???? employees???? without your customer's, youdon't have a job. Customers want to feel appreciated, cared for and treated well. Customer's do not want to hate going into yourstore.
