Good experience. We had a large crowd which required a table for 10. The restaurant was practically empty when we arrived. I... knew they would have to drag some tables together so they could fit us all but with no one in the restaurant this should havetaken 5 mins max. It didn't. It was almost 20 minutes before we sat down. The server was very kind and did a pretty good job butanytime someone has to ask for a refill it's not okay. (Not trying to be harsh, but I waited tables for years.) But that onlyhappens once or twice. I ordered the Scholarship Burger. The first thing wrong was the meat on the burger wasn?t hot. The burger comes with cheese... which wasn?t on the burger. The patty wasn?t seasoned it tasted like they sprinkled salt on top of the petty. I informed ourwaitress that my burger didn?t have cheese on it. She brought the manager back who didn?t offer to fix me another burger butinstead add a piece of cheese to an alright bit off burger. Very unacceptable. Big fan of Walk-ons, but my last visit has me questioning when I will return. My wife and I took our son there as a special... outing. We each ordered something very simple (with no substitutions): a burger, a salad, and a steak. I understand right now inthe industry that staffing is difficult; however, waiting an hour for our dinner with a very low crowd at the time isunacceptable. On a side note, the phone number listed online when performing a Google search brought me to someone at the takeout section of the restaurant. When I asked what the current wait time was prior to driving over, the employee simply told methey did not know and refused to transfer or even give me the number to reach the front of the restaurant. So disappointed that I can't eat here again. I ate here in August for lunch and it was great. I returned last night and ordered... the salad with chicken and blueberries and strawberries. It took a little while to come out, but when it did it was a littlewarmer than room temperature.....a salad.. I didn't say anything as I don't like to send food back. I ate the warm salad and boyam I sorry. It's been about 7 hours and all of that salad had come back up the way it went down. I dont know how long the saladwas unrefrigerated but it was long enough to grow bacteria to tear apart my insides. .
