Normally I would give this place a 4.5, but tonight. The manager seemed to be really rude and short with me. I felt like I... wasn't wanted there. The doors were locked so I called and expressed that I arrived at 9pm the doors were locked and the storeis not supposed to be closed till 10pm. The manager said the doors have been "automatically" locking lately...first of all I wasthere Tuesday and Wednesday and the same doors were not locked either time ..second of all those kind of doors don't"automatically" lock. Then I tried to appologize if I seemed rude....and she was extremely short with me and made me feel asthough I was not wanted there. If this wee my first visit. This behavior would make NOT want to come back. This manager seems tohave forgotten that without customers .. she wouldn't have a job. I'm sorry for this negative review due to a manager. All otheremployees were great and the food was good. Just this manager maybe managing isn't her cup of tea. Read more
Such a clean place to eat. Nice people working there. Fazoli?s food is so economical and tasty as well. Quantity is also good.... The spicy chicken ziti is delicious. Do try their chicken Alfredo it is so yummy with garlicky. I give all 5 star for goodpeople who maintain clean place which gives us good dining experience. Read more

I had never been to a fazoli's before and was pretty excited by what I experienced today. We got real silverware, and served on... real plates, our table got bussed at the end of the meal, they had your own pepper and salt shakers as well as chili flakes itwas basically like eating at Olive Garden but without paying the olive garden price and the food was like on par if not better. I will definitely be back and the staff was awesome. Read more
