2 times in 2 weeks, my food was delivered to the wrong suite. I asked for my money back this time, hopefully I get it. Won't be... back, they used to be really good, apparently now some of their drivers really just don't care to look at suites whendelivering. There are 5 suites in my building, not 100!!!! Edit, the manager personally came to see me and made it right. Nexttime I guess I will just have to specify that the driver NOT drop it at the wrong suite. I will change my review stars... Hesaid he will void the order and give me my money back, as well as remake and resend the order. I missed his name but Iappreciate the customer service on his end! Edit again. I guess I just give up on them. Last time I ordered I called to TELLthem not to bring it to the wrong suite, even though the suite is clearly noted on the address online.
