The room was what I asked for, the staff was very nice, I went out for the day and when I came back my room wasn?t cleaned two... days later, Friday I found out that because of Covid I was supposed to schedule it and now it wouldn?t be done until next week.If I knew that I would have brought my own shampoo and used the towels sparingly. It would have been helpful to know that when Ichecked in. The website said the room would have a Keurig machine. I went to the desk to ask for one and I was told that becauseof Covid I had to pay $5 to rent one and I got 2 coffees pods. After that they were a dollar apiece. They had free coffee in thelobby from 6 to 10 and that made no sense if they were going to put out a potential exposure to Covid while charging you to havea machine in your room that prevents exposure that was promised on the website. So the staff was great but management had somequestionable ideas at the expense of the guests.- Read more

I don?t usually write reviews but decided to write one about my experience this weekend. We were in Zion IL and decided to stay... the night. We booked our room on line. The room we booked was a King Sweet. When we arrived, the location was very nice, andclean. The problem started when we got in the room. The room was clean but we booked a King Sweet. The bed in the room was not aking it felt smaller that my queen size back home. When I called the front desk to ask for clarification I was told that some ofthe information on line was wrong, If I have a complaint I would have to deal with the website. There was nothing he could do.Not the end of the world so just made the best of it. Then when I was getting ready for bed I could head loud music. They havehall that was having a party and that is where the music was coming from. I am on the 3rd floor there is no reason that shouldhave been that loud in my room. When I asked the front desk about it I was told it would end at 11:30 pm. After a long day, notwhat I wanted to hear but tried to make the best of it I was not going to check out now. At 11:30 the music did die down so thatwas fine. Now that everything was quiet I hear the refrigerator start making a grinding noise. I did not notice it before butvery noticeable now that the room was quiet. That went on all night about every 30 min the fridge would turn on and grind forabout 10 min that turn off. At one point I recorded it on my phone so I could show the manager the next morning. I figured thatwould be something they would want to fix before the next guest stays in that room. When we were checking out I went to thefront desk to talk to the manager, there were several people in front of me at the counter but nobody was working at thecounter. We all waited for several minutes a few people rang the bell, but nobody was to be seen. After 10 min I called thehotel number, we all heard the phone ring but nobody ever answered. I stayed here in December doing a renovation of my apartment unit, I was here from December until May and it was awful. The room... was not clean when we got there, we had person walk into our room in the middle of the night and I have two children. If itweren?t for the dogs waking us up we probably would have been intruded on. Didn?t get an explanation as to what happened untilmaybe a week or two later. Not from management either, someone stole my license plate off my car and cameras were not there toshow what happened. A little racism from some of the employees. BECCA literally was the only nice person there to us frombeginning to end, her customer service is A1 seriously. Jackie was nice too and a few housekeepers, the woman at night fallsasleep at the front desk. There is a man I don?t remember his name, but when he worked at night I felt safe because he actuallylocks the door and buzz you in and out. Beautiful rooms, beautifully kept! Very clean, such a nice bathroom and friendly staff, especially Becca (sp?). Not only was... our stay perfect, but Becca contacted me to let me know they had found a small purse I had inadvertently left behind. I was sograteful to have the chance to make arrangements to have it returned! Anytime we have an event in the area, my husband and Ilook forward to staying again! Read more
