The sign on the door said they are low on inventory and will be closing early, they were out of a few flavors of truffles that I... wanted. I was overcharged for my chocolates because the girls didn?t tare the weight of my box. I watched her weigh mychocolates before placing in the box and she forgot to write down the total and then reweighed it with box and insets andribbon. So, I paid more than I should have. It took 45 min to get two boxes of 8 truffles and a half pound of chocolate withonly one person in front of me. The girl behind the counter was incredibly slow. They need more help if they are going to run achocolate business at Christmas time, both in the kitchen and at the counter. Read more
