The chicken and shrimp were cooked beyond recognition. Chicken was like shoe leather, meat was briwn and shrimp were just crispy... overcooked batter, shrimp had struggled up inside. I ordered the $6 box as shown on the big poster in the window. I was told that it's no longer available. After arguing with the... cashier on removing the advertising, she thought I ordered a $6.99 deal. At home i discovered that one of my side orders wasmissing. No utensils given to eat the side orders. No napkins given. The biscuits are less than an inch thick and stale. Servicepersonell unfriendly. Never Never again. Read more

I ordered the 16 ct spicy tender meal today at 5:00pm, the chicken was so tough like it had been refried and cold it was not... even edible, the 8 biscuits that come with it were also cold and hard as a rock. One person was nice and helpful we waited in line and others around us were helped that arrived *AFTER* we did. Literally three... people walked away instead of offering customer service. We have never had good service here, but we decided to try it again. We didn?t get what we ordered. The chicken was mild instead... of spicy. It was extremely dry. Tasted like it had been over cooked, and cooked with old oil, or had been sitting there all day.We got macaroni and cheese instead of mashed potatoes. The macaroni was more like macaroni soup with clumps of cheese. The redbeans and rice was also soupy and not good. Cole slaw and biscuits were the only things that tasted good. Called the store, theycouldn?t care less. Called area manager, who did not act concerned. She did offer to refund my money, however. Will never goback to that location. Hope they close down. A month ago we got chicken to go at the Popeyes on Coulter and when we got home the chicken was old, tough like leather and not... fit eat - you could not chew it!!!! Today I had a coupon for a 14 piece family dinner - the coupon DID NOT specify tenders orchicken. I ordered chicken to go and the lady told me I could only get tenders because she couldn?t ring up chicken at thatprice!!! So I got the tenders and when we got home this chicken is OLD!!!! It is awful and not fit to eat!!! It has apparentlybeen under the heat lamp all day as the chicken has turned black- it isn?t burnt just sat way too long under the lamp!!! I hardly ever write reviews, good or bad, but this was way over the top. Just spent over 35 minutes stuck in the drive-thru lane... at 5409 S. Coulter. (11/19/22 @ 6:30 pm) They weren't even busy but the cooks and order taker were intentionally slowing theline down. They were filling one order at a time and not taking another order until the previous car drove off. Finally got tothe menu and waited for another 10 minutes in dead silence. Meanwhile, I saw about six cars behind me bail out of the line. Fedup, I drove off around the corner just in time to see the car that was in front of me getting handed their food. Easy to seewhat they were doing. Pure laziness. That whole crew should be fired. I will never go back there unless I hear that this issuehas been addressed. Mr./Ms. manager: I hope you read this.
